Rental Due Date
- The agreed rental rate is due the first day of each month.
- If a rental space is still occupied or the door locked on the first day of the month with no mid-month move out discussed, the customer agrees to pay the monthly rental rate for the current month.
Mid-Month Move Outs
- A prorated refund or credit will be applied to the account for customers who provided prior notice of an upcoming mid-month move out.
- Any prepaid month(s) will be completely refunded when a space is no longer utilized as of the first of the month.
- If no notice is provided for a mid-month move out the customer agrees to pay the monthly rental rate for the current month.
Billing Errors
- A full refund will be provided within 24 hours of notification for any billing entry errors where an un-owed amount was billed.
