Refund Policy

We want our customers to feel comfortable when renting from Okinawa Family Storage. We provide the refund policy below for our protection and yours. If you have questions regarding our Refund Policy please contact us HERE or call 050-3595-8500. We are happy to assist in any way we can.

Rental Due Date

  • The agreed rental rate is due the first day of each month.
  • If a rental space is still occupied or the door locked on the first day of the month with no mid-month move out discussed, the customer agrees to pay the monthly rental rate for the current month.

Mid-Month Move Outs

  • A prorated refund or credit will be applied to the account for customers who provided prior notice of an upcoming mid-month move out.
  • Any prepaid month(s) will be completely refunded when a space is no longer utilized as of the first of the month.
  • If no notice is provided for a mid-month move out the customer agrees to pay the monthly rental rate for the current month.

Billing Errors

  • A full refund will be provided within 24 hours of notification for any billing entry errors where an un-owed amount was billed.
