Description of Fees: Okinawa Family Storage processes monthly storage rental payments for customers that are renting storage units.
Payment Policy: The agreed rental rate is due the first day of each month. If a rental space is still occupied or the door locked on the first day of the month with no mid-month move out discussed, the customer agrees to pay the monthly rental rate for the current month.
Fees: (other than rental payments): Late Charges, Lock-out Charges, Deposit
Refund Policy: A prorated refund or credit will be applied to the account for customers who provided prior notice of an upcoming mid-month move out. Any prepaid month(s) will be completely refunded when a space is no longer utilized as of the first of the month. If no notice is provided for a mid-month move out the customer agrees to pay the monthly rental rate for the current month.
Billing Errors Policy: A full refund will be provided within 24 hours of notification for any billing entry errors where an un-owed amount was billed.
Privacy Policy: Okinawa Family Storage only collects the personal information you voluntarily provide in order to deliver the best possible service. If you choose to process an online payment or reservation we ask you to provide us with information necessary to process your order which may include, but not be limited to, name, address, telephone number, email address, company name, title, credit card number, and expiration date. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Okinawa Family Storage does not sell information to unrelated third parties.
Credit Card Payment Policy: The credit card information for monthly rental payments is used strictly for billing purposes to initiate the credit card rental payment.
Changes to Policies: Okinawa Family Storage reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Online Privacy Policy at any time. Accordingly, Okinawa Family Storage recommends that you revisit this Online Privacy Policy from time to time to ensure that you are aware of the current privacy practices.
